The Widerker Group includes a number of companies, focused mainly on investment, development, and management of commercial real estate assets across Germany.
The Group was founded by Martin Widerker in the early 1970s when he carried out his first property development projects, accelerating the growth of an already existing property and facilities management enterprise.
Today, the Group owns and manages in excess of 400,000 square meters of rentable area throughout Germany, in a variety of real estate asset classes such as retail, office and logistics.
The Group has a combined professional and operational staff of over 1,000 employees and is managed by the founder’s two sons, Bernard Dov Widerker and Benny B. Widerker. The founder Martin Widerker and his wife Karolina Widerker serve on the advisory board of the Group.
The Group operates offices in Stuttgart and Berlin, Germany.
